After a long absence, time for a small change in how I approach my running. Last week, I ran the Blackmore’s Sydney Marathon. I got through it (discussed in a later post) and am pleased with my result. This is despite all of the stuff I’ve been through. I’m going to take a short break from running marathons. This is because I am returning to the UK and am about to have my life turned upside down again.
But that doesn’t mean I want to stop running. And that’s why the tweak from Plan of the Week to This Week’s Challenge.
