After a long absence, I’ve been setting myself some new weekly challenges. Let’s review.
Last week’s challenge
Last week, I decided to take things easy and get back into the habit of running 5 times a week. And also take some photos on each run and tweet about. My goal was to run 5 times, take 5 photos and run between 20-30k.
Last week, I managed 14k before my knee injury forced me to take it easy. This week, my plan is to work on getting 5 runs while strengthening my knees. I’ll write about how I get on on Sunday.
This week’s challenge
Is 5 runs, 25k total and tweet a picture from each run.
